OSCSO was built to address a critical gap in institutional procurement: the absence of a disciplined, transparent, and scalable sourcing platform for military and tactical products.
Defense ministries, law enforcement agencies, private security firms, and institutional buyers have historically relied on fragmented supplier relationships, unreliable intermediaries, and opaque pricing structures. We built OSCSO to change that.

Our Scope
Methodology
Before engaging any manufacturer, we work with the buyer to fully qualify the requirement — product specification, quantity, delivery schedule, quality standard, incoterms, and destination requirements. Under-specified RFQs result in misaligned quotations, and we exist to prevent that.
Our procurement team matches the verified requirement to the most capable manufacturer in our network — accounting for capacity, geographic proximity to destination port, relevant certifications, and prior performance on similar orders.
We issue formal, itemised quotations with clear unit pricing, lead times, payment terms, incoterms, and validity windows. Every quotation is traceable and can be used as the basis for a formal purchase order.
Once an order is confirmed, we monitor production milestones, coordinate quality inspection at origin, and provide shipping documentation support through to port of discharge or final delivery.
